Holy customer service! I am so glad I chose this company! My initial inquiry with Ms. Cristal Diaz was very reassuring. She was so patient even though I asked her a bunch of questions. I expressed all my concerns and what I was looking for and she made it happen! WOW! WOW! WOW! I know I’m not the easiest to work with especially since I talked to the owner, Charles, too just as extra insurance. He was just as awesome! I wish I had more houses just to hirer Charles’ company!! Ken & Antonio came to my home and made the process very painless. I was scared that my vision for my home wouldn’t work out but, it’s nothing these guys couldn’t handle! The owner even came to my home the next day to make sure everything went according to plan!!!! Talk about above and beyond!!!! "You Won’t be Disappointed"
I rarely write reviews, however, B&M Electric is so outstanding I just have to. My first experience was with Carlos and Kenny O was outstanding. First, they arrived on time, put on shoe covers to wear in the house, laid plastic covers over the floors and furniture around their work area to protect everything. They bring their own vacuum to clean up any debris from the job. They conferred with me on decisions about placement of outlets, and any problems they encountered were explained clearly to me and options if any to resolve the problem. They were able to find junction boxes buried in the walls other electricians failed to find, they corrected the problem to my grateful satisfaction and safety relief. The pleasant interactions don't stop with my two favorite electricians. Stephanie, office manager, is a joy to speak with. She is pleasant, responsive, and efficient. I absolutely recommend this company. You won't be disappointed or regret your choice. They are competitively priced and fair."Overall It Was a Great Experience"
B&M Electric did a great job. I'd used them for a garage electrical upgrade in the past and decided to use them again. Overall we had wanted to: a) install recessed lighting in the living room, family room, and study where we were currently using torchiere lamps b) add lighting and a switch to the attic c) add an exterior electrical socket for a fountain Charles came out to survey the work and promptly provided estimates for each room so we could pick and choose the work we could afford to do immediately. We chose to limit the job to the lighting upgrade in the living room and family room since they were more important to us and within our budget. On the scheduled workday, Charles arrived with two of his electricians promptly to begin the job. Charles made sure the crew and I were in agreement on where the lights would be installed as well as the switches. Charles left at that point and the crew got started. These rooms had no easy ceiling access as they are on the first floor of a two-story home. So the crew cut fairly small holes (e.g. 1" x 3") in the ceiling and wall sheetrock and painstakingly ran the new electrical lines for the recessed lights through these small holes. A couple of holes were a little larger (e.g. 4"x4"), but the crew was careful to leave the original piece of sheetrock taped into the hole to make the patchwork much easier. I was very impressed at how little patchwork would be needed to fix the holes that were made during the installation. After about 6 hours some other jobs in the area had been completed so Charles had those electricians come to my home to help finish the job more quickly. So for a couple of hours, there were 4 or 5 electricians working to complete the job, and it was successfully completed the same day. Overall it was a great experience. Charles and all of his team were very professional and did a great job in protecting the furniture during the installation and then cleaning up the rooms before they left for the day. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and have handed out their business cards to a couple of friends as well.

"Service Was Excellent"
The technician arrived 20 minutes earlier which was excellent service and then checked everything thoroughly to diagnose the issue. Finally, after troubleshooting everything the technician discovered a bad wiring job between two outlets by the previous owner causing lights to flicker. The technician ran a new cable and then also fixed the wall where the wire was run. Overall the service was excellent. Satisfied Customer

I have been using this electrical company for years! They are reliable and professional. They provide OUTSTANDING customer service and TOP NOTCH work. Just recently, they installed recessed lighting throughout my house and my husband and I couldn't have been more pleased. The owner, Charles Vargas, has one of the best work ethics I know. He is honest, sincere, and fair. He answered all of my questions and took care of all of my concerns with an extremely cheerful, professional attitude. I never felt like I was a nuisance with my inquiring phone calls. I also recommended B & M Electric to my parents for outdoor landscape lighting. And once again, they hit the mark perfectly...and on time, which is very important in the remodeling industry. Even if you get the suggested "three estimates" from competing companies, just know that B&M Electric is worth every penny.
