B&M Electric was started by a father & son team, Bill & Mike Bishop, over 50 years ago. They were both electricians for large companies and they would do side jobs together for family and friends. Slowly they started getting busier by word of mouth referrals. They got to a point that they were busy enough to leave their full time jobs and work for themselves by starting B&M Electric.

In 1989 Mike Bishop hired Charles Vargas and was a great teacher & mentor to Charles. 14 Years later, in 2003, Mike Bishop retired and Charles Vargas purchased the company.
